Xaxu

Xaxu is the identity of Gorrotxategi.

Xaxu is a simple but noble cream cake made from almond, sugar, eggs and egg yolk mol which has been produced since the XIX century. We have made some changes to it adding more almonds and a yolk filling, making it more consistent and less sweet, with a crunchy glaze.

Presentation: new packaging in line with the category of the product, surprisingly, by touching the box you get e feel of the texture of the product inside, in a unique design.

How to enjoy: As a dessert it goes very well with a soft cheese and tomato marmalade and such, or simply with a sweet wine such as Pedro Ximenez
